The local comp. starts this weekend and no mention of a book on the likely winners yet.
Last week, under a cloud of beer induced enthusiasm, I bet a carton with a mate that Palmyra would beat Associates by 50 plus points. After a huge run of preseason injuries over the last two weeks I've gone out and bought his carton.
At the price of making enemies of half the viewers of this site, and a proper dickhead of myself, my predictions for round one are as follows:
Nedlands to defeat Wests by 25 points
Wanneroo to def. Rockingham by 10 points
Kalamunda to def. University by 30 points
Perth to def. Cottesloe by 60 points
Palmyra to def. Associates by 7 points (heart, not head)
