World Cup Tickets

I have a friend who's heading to the UK around the time of the World Cup - for work apparently! She's chasing 2 tickets for Quarter or Semi finals.
Anyone know best way of getting your hands on them at this stage without having to get them somewhere like ebay?

You will have too pay the money though especielly suprisingly for Semi final 1 as soo many kiwis are desperate to see the match.
