    Club Championship tables

So I've asked the question many times and no one has ever been able to answer me, so I figure with the combined rugby knowledge around here someone has to be able to tell me..

What is the difference between the 'Healthway Rugby WA champion club table' and the 'Rugby WA Home Building Society competition Championship Table'

    (http://www.sonicclick.com/~rugbywa/champtable.php , http://www.sonicclick.com/~rugbywa/pdtable.php)

Looks like a RugbyWA stuff up with naming rights.
They used to be seperate, one for each grade or compettion (when we had two comps) and the other was supposed to be an overall club.
these two are the same - I'm stumped.

Still seems to be different points attributed though hopep?
I had thought one was for the Senior Comp Best Club (1st-6ths and 1st Colts) and the other included every team (ie 2nds Colts, Womens etc) but that was only an assumption and these ladders seem to include all in both.

The healthway table and championship is given to the club who accumulates the most points across seniors and juniors.

The club championship is given to the club who wins the Senior club championship.

Mate, it's very simple. The club championship is what it has always been, the overall championship of Perth club SENIOR rugby. Points are awarded as follows: 1st grade points premiership x 5, 2nd grade & under 19 points x 4, 3rd & 4th grade x 3, 5th & 6th & womens grade x 2.

The Healthway table includes juniors. Or it would if the Rugby WA database allowed it to -- it will at the end of the year, I assure you.

    That's it.

Rick, if it doesn't currently contain junior's, what distinguishes it from the HBS Competition table?

Healthway is the "Club Championship" U7 through to Premier grade.
Home Building Society is "Senior Club Championship" u19 through to Premier grade.

i see what you mean it is different. it might be screwed or something.

    here is what it is:

the home building one is some kind of points system based on position in the senior comp i think its your points x5

that other one healthway championchip is all of your points in each senior grade added up. there is nothing about juniors

im not sure why this is but it just is. look at this: http://www.sonicclick.com/~rugbywa/gradetable.php
