Red face The Newlands incident, Ref to blame

Here's the video, no arguement on the ten week penalty from the NZRU

The Wellington player had been taking HB jumpers out in the air all day, Clint took action, why exactly is the boofhead with the whistle getting matches.

Was it Neemia Tialata who went down? If so good because he's a bit of a dodgy bastard. His choke on Richie McCaw last year was pretty bloody foul. Although I wouldn't say he was taking out jumpers 'all day' after 14 minutes of play.

That was the bloke, and you need to understand kiwi rugby jargon. All day translates to anything from a second after the whistle

Tialata took out the HB jumper at the first line-out, got a warning, and then continued. Clint decided to take matters into his own hands, onya Clint.

A remoresful Wellington have loaned a couple of players to the Bay in the past week to cover for Newlands. Wont help them next time they play the locals though
