You don't have to prove anything mate, the guys are just having a wee bit of fun. However, if you do feel the need to prove that you are not Luke the cry baby then all you have to do is renounce all that is english and associated with it including a little note on your feelings for Johnny Wilkinson and I'm sure that you will be fine.
