    RWC Coverage on FTA.

Good news for Rugby supporters who don't have Fox. According to the RWC liftout in todays Sunday Times, 9 will show nine pool matches and all finals on FTA, 17 matches in all. That's fantastic news. Doesn't mention telecast times, hopefully they'll do the righty and use GEM again for primetime matches. Got Fox myself but it's still a great filip for the game.

I don't believe digital will be showing the opening game.

I'd questioned whether the $800 (for the year) investment in Fox three weeks ago was going to be worth it but after seeing some of the allocated times for the early games in the Sunday magazine, I think the expence is justified.

Looking at the Ch 9 advertised telecast of the opening NZ-Tonga game, they've allocated 2 hours so I'm wondering whether there will be highlights of the opening ceremony, if not will be a shame for those on FTA.

PS - For those who missed out on the liftout, there should be one in Wednesday's West this week.

Not wanting to be the sales rep for Foxtel, but it is $800 ($60 per month and a $80 one-off for the IQ thingi) all up including installation.

The satelite Shasta mentioned is indeed FTA satelite. I Got it for NRL and SoO Live - Rugby was not so much of a drama as I already have Foxtel

$200 is a one off payment and you need a dish on your roof. Don't know what the price for it would be if you didn't already have the dish

The times Shasta has got above are times the events will start in WA if you have the satelite
