Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

do they? earn and be the last man standing are two different things, has he even played a game since or done anything to "earn" a recall? he is just there through injury! i hope he fires up, he is good on his day but needs some grunt back in the belly instead of hanging out wide!

This came from the ARU. Read the heading.

All he has to do is play a solid game and walk off uninjured. He's then a better option than Dan Vickerman.

Best player in the world is not much use if you can only get 60 minutes a year out of them. Sharpe seems to be one of those players that just keeps on going.

Actually a waste of money. They could play with 14 man and still win.

Hardly an SOS, the way the Boks are playing more of a sightseeing tour……..behind the Boks tryline.

This is the one game where we must thank the ref, if he did his job proper we would have played with 14 men for 70 minutes.

The boks absolutely sucked. Those of you who moan about the ref - you’re clueless. Ref had a good game, only the first 15min he managed to get in the players’ way the whole time, but that worked both ways. For every wrong decision he made against us, he also made one against the wallabies.

    he is magic, i agree.
dropping him was a mistake. just like perservering with mcmenimen is a mistake. why select injury prone guys like mcmenimen and vickerman if they're gonna break down every 60 mins, i mean Sharpie is mr durable and has all the skills vickerman does and displays them for more than 60 mins a season.

you select the "injury prone guys" becuase they offer more to the team! they do grunt work up the middle and get involved in rucks instead of standing in the centres seagulling for a try!
