There is no article up yet. But Melbourne storm just got docked their 2 premierships for paying players millions over the salary cap.

In 2002 the Bulldogs were fined I think $500,000 and docked 37 Premiership points to go from certain premiers to wooden spooners

Yea, we are all aware the the bulldogs incident, im a bulldogs fan too. Lets put that behind us and never talk of it again

But this is just crazy, they have taken away 2 premierships, 3 minor premierships and all the prize money. Along with taking the storm out of this years table.

The funny bit is that last night the storm were at 200/1 to come last and everyone started betting on it at the same time so TAB like the cowards they are took the book down.

They should be back to 0 now. On NRL website, they are 16 with 0 points. Sportal still has them 6th with 7 points.

I really think we should hold this against Melbourne forever. They were getting pretty cocky with the storm, well the ones that arn't blinkered AFL fans.

Gallop has said that the Storm will not get ANY points this season.
so if they win every game from here on in they'll still stay at 0

I agree that this should be held against Melbourne forever. This is bigger then when Canterbury rorted their way to a wooden spoon in 2002

Bugger me keeping two sets of books. One set that would be submitted to the NRL for the usual checks and another that was kept in secret with the real extent of player payments
