The Western Force home matches will feature the return of an exclusive members bar area at nib Stadium in 2014.
The alfresco members zone will be located in the north-eastern end of the ground, near the Gate One entrance off Bulwer St.
RugbyWA CEO Mark Sinderberry said the return of a members bar was direct result of a recent series of member focus groups.
“Our members were unequivocal in their desire for an area to congregate with other members before and after our home matches,” he said.
“As a result, we were determined to make sure it happened.
“We’ve worked hard alongside nib Stadium and Mustard Catering to give our members the exclusive area they’re after.
“This zone will be a hub of activity for our members this season. This members only space will have its own bar and catering, as well as appearances by Western Force players each week.
“This is just the first in a series of match day initiatives we’ll be featuring in 2014 as we look to enhance the experience for our Sea of Blue.”
Western Force memberships for the 2014 Super Rugby season are now open. Click here for more information or to join the ‘Sea of Blue’ in 2014.

Has anyone been to the members bar yet ?
Do they sell "proper" beer ?![]()
I went for a few minutes to check that very thing.
Seemed like real beer to me. I must confess I was called away before I could sample any, so will only be able to report after the Rebels match,![]()

There were two types and Ale and some other light stuff.. sorry can't remember what it was called. Also wine was available One had to queue for ages, and they had two lines going//You were served much more quickly by going out of the members' enclosure and carrying the beverages back!
Mr Hertryk thought the "Ale" was pretty okay.. I think..I didn't sit with him for the game so it wasn't discussed..but he asked me to get him a 2nd..so couldn't be too bad..
AND before ANYONE has a a wee "dig" he's just had an op on his knee so in a bit of pain and not altogether mobile.. otherwise he would have got it himself..
