    Automatic renewal

    Has anyone else received an email this morning from Rugby WA/ARU
    1. telling them that they "have opted to have [their] membership and that of [their] secondary account holder/s automatically renewed for [them] in future seasons."
    2. when in fact they have done no such thing?

    I explicitly told Rugby WA when I renewed last October that I did not want automatic renewal.

    Is this the new ARU order?

    I haven't recieved and email from RugbyWA and I opted for no Auto Renewal in case I wanted to vote with my feet after this season.

    I think it is where last year you had the option to renew your membership for 2 seasons, 2016 and 2017 where the price for the 2017 membership will be the same as 2016 membership and wont go up. By the looks of it the payment is made automatically. And then as usual you will keep the same seat ect... Maybe someone from rugby wa on the twf might want to explain it a bit. If you did not request automatic renewal I would call up the membership team.

    I got the email but I signed up for it because they said the price would remain the same (I'm hoping that includes the free youth membership). I was afraid a good season by the force would have allowed them to raise prices again. I'm not sure what they are going to do now.

    I can't recall whether I signed up for automatic renewal or not; but seeing as my ticket price for 2016 was the same as 2015 for one less home game, I might have asked for automatic renewal on the basis that I was expecting a 15% increase in prices for 2017 based on the 8 home games.

    Received mine... I think I requested it.. however I replied to the email asking if Hodgo has been re-signed yet...

    No email yet, still wondering if or when they'll chase me up about what I owe for my membership last year.
