Who would be in your team?

Who would you like to see the ANZAC's play?

When would you see the appropriate time for them to play? ie a 1 off game per year after the Tri-Nations ?

Mortlock and McCaw for sure. Hayman and Somerville. Giteau and Mils. Man this is a hard one!!

I reckon an ANZAC team should do a single match post world cup/pre-Super14 each 4 years against the English - keep it infrequent, keep it special...

Being post world cup would allow the coaches of said team to openly share tactics and use successful ones from the cup as surely they would have already shown their full hand at this stage of the rugby calendar

I am gonna pass on this one, way too tough for me, and i am totally out of my depth picking a team...The coach however should be Robbie Deans or Mitch for present day, and i reckon Allan jones or Rod Mcqueen in the older days...That is all i will offer...

They should play on ANZAC day with a descendant of Douglas Haig being named Coach. The opponents will be a combined team of Central Powers, namely Austria, Hungary, Germany, the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria.

Additionally a trench should be dug on both 22's, and players should have to wear gas masks in scrums.
